When it comes to the building process, we like to do things differently. We’ve developed a strong and durable business model that ensures efficiency at every stage of the construction project and translates into time and cost-savings for our clients.

A home building process is a collaborative journey that begins with understanding your vision, needs, and aspirations with as the result, a living space that reflects your individuality and enhances your lifestyle.

From concept to completion

After making contact, we’ll tailor your job your way. If you have your own set of plans that’s great, but we also can assist in working with your architect to ensure a cost-effective plan that will be beautifully buildable.

Step 1

We meet to discuss your vision and ideas for the build and explain to you in detail how our efficient building process works for every stage of your construction project.

Step 2

You visit our site (we call it The Depot) where you can understand how we will easily control your project and budget with our processes and equipment.

Step 3

We will organise a contract that will suit both parties, and the build can start. You are welcome on site at any time to experience how well our end-to-end approach works.

Step 4

We can manage everything on your job to make your build a stress-free experience and we’re available to discuss the progress and answer any questions you may have.

Step 5

Progress payments will be required as agreed on in the contract, and you will receive monthly invoices that are itemised and fully transparent. There will be no surprises.

Step 6

Before your new home is considered complete, we will undertake a thorough final inspection to ensure that it meets all building codes and quality standards.

Step 7

You can come through any time you like to check on the progress, where we can explain any upcoming parts of the build making sure everything is completed to your satisfaction first time around.

Step 8

All our work and products are guaranteed for 10 years. In the unlikely event that there are any defects or issues, just call us and we’ll rectify it as soon as possible.
